Terms & Conditions


We accept payments by PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

Shipping costs will be added to your order. The total cost will be displayed at checkout.

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. For orders to countries outside the European Union, duties and/or taxes may be applied once your package reaches your country. Tälja cannot predict what your charges may be, for more information please contact your local customs office. 



All orders are processed within two business days. Delivery within Sweden takes approximately 2-5 business days once your order is placed, and 3-8 days to the rest of the world. Shipping costs will be added to your order and clearly displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped with Posten (swedish mail).

We ship worldwide. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. These are levied once your package reaches your country and must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Tälja cannot estimate these additional costs.

We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of Swedish Public Holidays.


Faulty items

If you receive a faulty item or the item does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us at info@hellotalja.com for further consultation. Tälja is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. You must return the item you consider faulty to us within a 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
